MYOB Solo Bank Account is Blocked

Happy New Year, guys!

 

I have been using Solo since the start of this FY and loving it so far. 

 

This morning though, I tried using the business debit card and it says it is blocked. I called GSB and there seems to be no record in there under my surname. 

 

Any tips on how I can resolve it?

  • Hey Engramar​ did you know that Solo Money has it's own dedicated support team to help you out with queries like this?  You can reach out to them directly through the Solo Money tab of your Solo app. Simply go to Solo Money and tap the question mark on the top of the screen to start a discussion.

    Thanks for the tip Danielle-Solo​. I didn't know that you can reach the Solo Support Team via the chat inside the app. It raised it as a support ticket. Thanks again.  

  • Excellent - and just checking (because there are two Solo support teams; our community team + the Solo Money crew), you raised the support ticket from the Solo Money tab?
