Banking access blocked

Good morning

I have a user who has been given access to view Banking items.  It has been working up until

recently. Any ideas why they would suddenly be getting a message saying they do not have permission when they click on Banking then Bank transactions?

    Hi jmc1,

     

    If they were able to open Bank transactions before and now they’re getting a permission message, it’s usually one of two things: either their access on the file has changed, or something on the product side is no longer recognising their Banking access properly. First thing I’d check is their user role and permissions in the file, and also whether they’re still set up under the correct product access. If all of that still looks right and they’re definitely meant to have Banking access, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. It may need a closer look from our support team as it could be a product-side permission issue.
