Sorry, Leanne that I missed your simple yet resonant Solution on this discussion Exporting information from an Account Right screen; it now has 6 kudos.:smileyhappy: Re: Error Message in Payroll: "You have sold items resulting in a negative on-hand balance..." when trying to customise emailed payslips Hi Danielle,DanielleD attn:CloverQEmileLiam_MLinda_KNeil_M I've seen similar messages before and only a MYOB Moderator/Staff Member appear to have atool to fix it; I understand it makes it easier for them to do it if your company file is in the cloud. Oneof the 5 MYOB staffI've tagged in the 1st line of this message may be able to assist you as all of them are logged in (6.20pm EST) Re: Count Inventory - Sort by "On Hand" Hi@G_I If you click the Print button on the Count Inventory screen you are able to then click the Sort icon to do therequired sort. Perhaps that is why no functionality exist to sort on theCount Inventoryscreen.:smileyhappy: Re: Count Inventory - Sort by "On Hand" HiG_I The Sort functionality already exists; the image below demonstrates how to do it as a sort has been made by On Hand, then Item No. followed by Item Name Re: Employee Card List Hilorrainea I suspect that you never read or perhaps did not understand this "new idea' asHazwho proposed the idea said "...Can MYOB provideanother TAB in the employee card list to include documents; such as any Health Issues, Licences or Permits, Contracts, and or anything related to that individual employee....". I suggested that the functionality should be same as that which exists in AccountEdge Pro for Mac and that is why I highlighted the Attach button which is available on all Tabs within an Employee card on AccountEdge Pro. ThatAttach functionality allows unlimited and all manner of documents to be actually attached or linked to an employee card. It hasbeen available for 3 years in MYOB AccountEdge Pro for Mac. The Attach functionalityis not just limited to Employee Cards as it is universal andcan be applied to mostrecords and transactions within anAccountEdge Pro company file. As you are a MYOB Partner you should be able to explore its capabilities within the Partner Edition of AccountEdge Pro for Windows by opening its sample company file, Re: Item Transactions Report Suggest that you manually include the job number and quantity ordered within the purchase memo; for example:- Purchase; Laminex Group - Job ABC - Qty 3 Re: Employee Card List This feature already exist in MYOB AccountEdge Pro and is button as illustrated in the image below:- Re: Sale Item Price updating not immediate HiShaziz Shaziz wrote: My suggestion would be to have an option to view the PDF with the default viewer before sending quotes or individual invoices. Anoption to preview has to the best of my knowledge, been always available as per the illustration below:- Re: Email Sales Receipts HiDebra_Jeffrey I've voted for your new idea:smileyhappy: Debra_Jeffrey wrote: Also as this is a new feature, a common question from clients is ‘I want to see what I’ve just emailed’ – is that at all possible for statements, remittance advices and payslips? Thanks Deb Yes, it ispossible for statements, remittance advices and payslips (though I suspect payslips may be an 'Other' Send Type:) as illustrated below:- Re: Auto-build - Material List for Pick Slip HiCorkaBigFish Re:- "...what I understand, the build list you refer to is at Invoice stage..." No, it would be at the order stage; the time when your pick slipis to be printed; in my case I've received an order for 4 x 3 litre bottles of assorted flavoured water (1 Lemon, 1 Mixed Citris & 1 Strawberry). So that my storeman knows what is required I click the 'Auto-Build Items' button; I've only one Auto-Build item as illustrated below:- I enter 4 in the 'Qty. to Build' column then click the 'Build Items' button; it is identical in AccountRight. The 'Build Items' screen is then immediately displayed as indicated below: Before I confirm it by clicking the 'Record' button, I print a screen shot of it and give it to my storeman; it now becomes their pick slip. The items with the negative quantities is what the storemanneedsto pick to make the positive 4 quantity appearing on the first line of the 'Build Items' screen -4 packseach3 litre bottles of assorted flavoured water (1 Lemon, 1 Mixed Citris & 1 Strawberry). Again, apart from the missing 'Location' column AccountRight is no different to this AccountEdge example (only the screens look different, the substance is identical). Cheers.
