Is anyone else having this issue? Aside from "hiding" the transactions, how can I make fix this? Would appreciate an explanation as to why a greater amount has been debited than what appears on the statement. Thanks. MYOB Online Payments Hi team, Regarding MYOB Online Payments, I'm wondering why the debited fee does not match what the statement supplied says? For February, there is a difference of around $5 more than is shown on the statement and I cannot for the life of me figure out why the two amounts are different. Can anyone shed some light on this? On the day I was having the issue, I tried everything - restarting MYOB, restarting my computer and then shutting down my computer. None of this worked, but as I mentioned, somehow, it just fixed itself. Today, however, I started having another issue I've had before - I couldn't export or send reports from MYOB to Excel. PDF? No problem, but Excel, forget it. Our IT guys managed to fix it for me, but I feel like we're having one issue after another lately with AccountRight... This has been an ongoing issue with ARL since we installed it in December 2018. I am now on the latest version (2020.1) and it still happens. Every. Single. Time. I send off the error email and restart MYOB but everytime it happens. And it's so frustrating! Has anyone else experienced this particular issue?
