Duplicate entries in Bank feeds

Hi all, the team have confirmed that rather than being from the 2nd February, it could be from the last time you pressed the 'Get transactions button' - this is why different customers are impacted by different time periods.

While we work on a fix:

• Please do not allocate Bankfeeds dated within this period.
• If you have already allocated the duplicate Bankfeeds for this period, please unallocate those transactions.

I have the same issue across all my files. I will leave them until tomorrow to see if they correct overnight. When MYOB haven't corrected the issue, I have always had to hide the transactions. I have some deposits that have been matched to invoices manually through the invoice, however, aren't matched in the bank feed, so that is why I am leaving overnight as well.

Im having the same issue here. All the bank transactions from yesterday have come into my MYOB again today OneMYOB​  what is the the fix here?

We also have had all bank transactions duplicated, in our case from 1st February. Accounts were reconciled last week so this problem has occurred within the last 3-4 days. Appears to be a MYOB problem affecting multiple clients.

Noticed this issue yesterday but only for transactions from Friday 13th.  I am ignoring the coincidence :) Waited hoping that when I logged in this morning they would be gone but they are still there.  Multiple accounts from multiple banks.

I'm having the same issue and it's very frustrating - is this what we get for our $30/month subscription increase?

You're right about the amount of time since our status page was last updated

Sorry that it hasnt been updated, even if it is to say that we are still working on it, we absolutely need to be keeping customers informed.

I have contacted the incident management team to get this updated.
There is no update that I am aware of yet though sorry.

Those duplicated bank feeds definitely make things messy when you’re trying to reconcile. If you’ve checked your online banking and confirmed they’re true duplicates, the best bet is to get in touch with our support team so we can help remove anything that’s come through by mistake.

Having the same issue my end, and I did notice on Friday that the bank feed kept dropping out and stating that there was an error in updating.  Hope the Myob team is on to it and it will fix itself by tomorrow.
