Hi Mike, we are having the same issue everyone is, with over 900 transactions being duplicated since august 2025. Many are attached to reconciled months, throwing the bank balance out and can't accurately balance, creating an accounting nightmare to fix.
I can think of a dozen things I would prefer to be doing this weekend than wading through printouts attempting to understand what went wrong.

We are running a repair tool in the back end to fix this for customers. There are already a couple who have commented here that the duplicates are gone for them.
The repair tool will be run in batches and we will confirm once the fix has been completed (or you will notice it is fixed in your file)

I just checked my MYOB and the duplicated transactions are still there.
Further info for your team. We have moved all the duplicated transactions to "hidden" so we can continue managing the Bank accounts daily, but the duplicates are still visible in the account reconcile screen. Also, all the business reports (cash flow, P & L, Aged creditors, Sales, GST accruals) are a mess and we (all Australian customers) are required to reconcile and pay IAS and GST tax contributions by next week and require these reports to have accuracy - ATO won't accept "Dog ate my accounting software".

Is there any news on the repairs to fix the bank feed transaction duplication my transactions are sill showing in the "hidden" display and we still can't accurately reconcile any of the accounts. This is critical
