Hi Doreen, Thanks for your reply. i actually found a workaround that worked and may be useful to others if faced with this issue without having to go through the steps above. I selected and paid ONLY the super for the employee when he was a casual. Hi there, I have an employee who went from casual to full time. I created another employee card for the same employee to preserve the pay history and keep it separate. Now when I tried to pay super, it won't let me as the same membership number is used by the two cards. I tried removing the membership number in the old card but that didn't work.
