Superannuation issue
we have a staff member who acts in 2 roles and is paid at different rates for these. I listed this staff member twice for ease of payment rates, but now I can't lodge superannuation payments because the system registers that the member's details are the same. It brings up an error message to ring MYOB but the number appears to not be in use. Any ideas on how to get this payment made?25Views0likes2CommentsStandard Payroll Details don't populate
I have read and tried all the 'fixes' for this error, with no success. Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? I have : checked all the entries to create the card uninstalled and reinstalled MYOB looked through the 'fixes' on the Community Hub checked other employee cards to see if we did something different Does anyone know how to remedy this?Solved384Views0likes5Comments
