Bank feed disconnection -warning if you are moving
Hi all, I am in the process of moving away from MYOB- disconnected my bank feeds as the instructions say and waited. No bank feeds on Myob so I tried to connect on another software platform - No luck, MYOB still has them. I reach out on here and find out two weeks ago, you also need a support ticket. Two weeks, two support tickets, multiple emails, multiple lengthy online chats and I am still being escalated. I needed to post as a warning to others - hopefully I am a glitch in the system or a learning curve for MYOB but I am paying a subscription for absolutely nothing.45Views0likes3CommentsDisconnecting bank feeds
Hi, Due to a change in our business, I have needed to disconnect my bank feeds from Suncorp in my MYOB business- the MYOB account now shows no bank feeds/disconnected. Is there anything I need to do? Just noticed I had two invoices duplicated - this has never happened before. Then when I go to create an invoice, it gives a used number for the invoice and shows a warning. I go to manually change it and it still shows a warning. How do I fix this glitch?121Views0likes1Comment
