Disconnecting bank feeds

Hi, 

Due to a change in our business, I have needed to disconnect my bank feeds from Suncorp in my MYOB business- the MYOB account now shows no bank feeds/disconnected.

Is there anything I need to do? One of the accounts is needed to be used on a different platform and I keep getting told it is still in use by MYOB.

    Hi megTB,

     

    If your bank feeds need to be moved to another account, you'll need to create a bank feed move ticket. You can create a support ticket from the My Account window or connect with the live chat team through MOCA.

    They are going to Xero- do I still need a support ticket?

      Hi megTB,

       

      Thanks for confirming. Even if the bank feed owners are moving it to a non-MYOB product, they'll still need to create a support ticket since the bank feeds team needs to handle the process. The only difference is that instead of moving it to another account, they'll just cancel it on their end.

        Thanks for helping Genreve.

        It would be helpful if MYOB mentioned this that in their cancellation instructions as I have been waiting for the feeds to change over. It just says delete.
