MYOB Showing incorrect information I have two different google accounts. One is a private account and the other is for my business account. Why is it that one one google account my MYOB shows me a different monthly income than it does when I'm on the other. What I see on my dashboard should not be affected by which google account I use. So why are they different? SolvedRe: anyone know how to enable invoice activity? I now turn off the attach PDF toggle when sending (when I remember to do it) so that there is no attached file to the email when sent. That way, customs have no choice but to view online. This automatically updates the activity column to viewed or downloaded. There are a number of issues / bugs raised over the last couple of years since essentials had been discontinued that still have not been attended to. I feel that MYOB are not interested in fixing some of these problems or are putting their efforts elsewhere and expect us to just work around, or just put up and shut up in the hope that we just give up. A couple issues I have raised have been acknowledged but no time line given for the fixes and still after over 12 months, nothing. As a provider of services myself, I find its important to listen to my customers. How long do I wait before I re raise an issue that has obviously not been actioned or forgotten about or maybe put in the too hard basket. Yes, I do get frustrated, but I'm paying for a service and I sometimes feel that service isn't there. Sometimes these forums (rightly or wrongly) can be a way to vent our frustration especially when trying to get help and you feel that your not been listened to. Change name of bank feed Am i able to change the name or add a bank discription. Eg 1-1110 Business Bank Account to Business Savings. SolvedUnable to link account When trying to link a bank feed to a new account the drop down menu is empty. Why? Status Bank Feed Ready. Trying to resolve this issue is like many of the other issue with MYOB. Ever since the upgrade from Essentials to Business its been one problem after another. There's been very little, if no interest in fixing problems. Myob have been introducing new features that are unwanted and ignoring customers requests. You only need to read through the forums going back over the last couple of years to get an idea of the frustration customers are experiencing. I'm a sole operator who has to do everything myself. Quote, invoice, banking and enter receipts and match and allocate entries. And I need to go out to do jobs to get paid.. I don't want complexity. I want simplicity as we had with essentials. But this is what I get. Hi Jelte, Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing the enhancement request raised in 2022, at this stage there is no update. Our development team work off a queue of priority, so if and/or when there is an update on the enhancement request you will be notified by email. I have linked this case to the request as well. Kind Regards, Re: Emailing receipts This is not a solution. its actually a very poor work around. Every other company I deal with will send a paid receipt automatically. ( Currently, when your customer makes a payment, you can provide them a copy of the invoice (showing the payment) as a receipt ) but when using bank feeds, you have to wait for the feeds to be updated and then match the payment to the invoice.
