Unable to link account

When trying to link a bank feed to a new account the drop down menu is empty.

Why?  Status  Bank Feed Ready. My confirnation letter has it listed as a credit card for some reason when it is actually a busines transaction account.

    Hey pippypip,

    Are you opening the file up from a Google Chrome web browser when trying to link the account to the bank feed? If you try on other web browsers, does the same thing occur? Do you get an error message at all when trying to select the account?
