Unable to setup 'Linked' on another Bank Acc.

Hello,

I've added another Bank Acc. Bank Feeds are working. But I'm unable to make this account (1-1170) 'Linked', like my existing account (1-1110).

Not sure why I'm unable to link this new account.

Can anyone help please?

    Hmmm, ok. That explains it. That's a shame. I don't see why MYOB couldn't make 2 accounts be 'Linked'. Same Links.  We are currently with Suncorp, which will close eventually. So, we changed to ANZ (only for EFTPOS transactions currently), hence the new account and Bank Feeds.

    Way too much hassle to change fully from Suncorp to ANZ just yet.

    Hi Bayviewadmin​ 

    Do you mean linking to a bank feed? If so, then the Linked Account you are showing is for linking to other Categories (Account Codes) rather than to bank feeds.

    Hi Liz,

    Yes I want to link to other Catergories. My Bank Feeds is working good. 

    I'm unable to have my new Acc (1-1170) show it's 'Linked', like the other accounts (1-1110, 1-1150, 1-1160)

    Hi Bayviewadmin​ 

    Go to Accounting - Manage Linked Categories to setup or change linked Categories. The problem you may have, is that there is only one type of Category that can be linked for each Category so you can't have two bank accounts linked as Sales Receipts for example. You can change to your new bank account if that is wheat you need to do but that would unlink the old bank account.
