Hi, is there any sort of audit report that will show who has changed details in a card? more specifically the contact details in a Customer card? one of ours has been mysteriously changed and all the auto reminders have gone to a random email address for 4 months! Hi Isaiah, I don't know that sending my personal and company details through will help as there are many, many people having the same issue which has already been confirmed by MYOB as a bug in the last update. My concern is the complete lack of response apart from the message I mentioned on the home page which was put up on 30/7/24 by MikeG1 which said it was "under investigation". Many, many people really want to know what's being done and when this will be fixed. And all there is is a message on the home page saying you're looking into it. That message is 9 days old. It has comments disabled. Can we please have an update? Re: Unable to reprint invoice in locked period Please fix this ASAP MYOB! The system insists on saving changes before emailing any invoices, even if no changes have been made. It is EOFY. Most companies have locked June 24, however still need to chase unpaid invoices, amend invoices etc. We cannot keep locking and unlocking periods. We understand that we can View online invoice, save as PDF and manually email as required - this is the polar opposite of the convenience that MYOB is meant to provide. "Workarounds" are not fixes. Re: Invoices saving changes when none made It's dreadful! I send some invoice reminders out manually every day (as after 2 years and repeated contact with MYOB on this forum my "automatic reminders" still don't work properly) and it has made the process even slower. As it's EFY I've locked June now so others can't backdate entries without me knowing about it, but it means they can no longer email invoice copies to clients without emailing me to unlock and then lock again after they're done.
