Hi Guys I have read through the posts in relation to delete the "G". I have tried this and unfortunately it doesn't work. I have deleted the schedule twice and re-entered mannually. No luck. Hi Sai I am using the desk top AO. I have deleted the entire return twice and still keep getting the errors above. Why doesn't the ''Fields section"' show me exactly where the error is? Does anyone know the magic hack to fix these ATO rejections in an individual tax return. Ive read back through other posts and tried the suggestions but nothing helps me. Errors Code: CMN.ATO.GEN.XBRL03 Fields: Summary: A field contains invalid data (such as letters in numeric or date field). Details: The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "1 return was lodged", item type = null, uniqueID = ) Code: CMN.ATO.GEN.XBRL04 Fields: Summary: A mandatory field has not been completed. Hi Hah We had this. We were able to fix this by UN-ticking the tax client box Go into the client under the Main TAB Under the DOB, ABN and Director ID you will see Tax Client. UN-Tick the box. Just closing a client is not enough to stop getting tax notices you need to UN-tick the box. Hope this works for you.MYOB Advisory Save and Export Not Working
Happy Friday Everyone I have created my reports in Advisory and they will save. However when I go to Save and export the function seems to not be working for a certain client.
