ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Banking rules not working While it is nice to have this "work around" to get things working again ( Thanks OLFPeakhurst ) it is less than ideal for automations to just stop working. As a user you are working and then you notice somthing wrong and have to go and check then do the toggle thing and hope then come back and check later. This is obviously a known bug as per Earl_HD comment. So either shchedule the script to run regularly to "fix" the issue just in case ( a bit of a bodge ) or track down the issue and fix it so users are not having to work around a known bug forever. Cheers Peter B Re: Bank Feeds not daily Hi Fifo, Having worked with some software that requires the automatic delivery of a customer’s bank account transactions via a file to be able to process the transactions, I am 99% sure this is not an MYOB issue and is dependent on the bank delivering the file. A few banks will supply a bank file with the previous days transactions every day, NAB from memory are one who will do every day. Others (seemingly most) will not supply files for the weekend and also public holidays. This means you can/may get a file on Saturday containing Friday’s transactions and then not get another file until Monday with Saturday and Sundays transactions. The banking industry are not that great at moving with the times unless it is putting in systems that can charge fees. Re: Banking rules not working Hi Earl, Thanks for your response. I have checked again today and the transactions have now been automatically allocated as per my banking rules. So all is OK for now. Hopefully this will not be an issue next time. Cheers Banking rules not working Hi, Is there an issue with the auto allocation rules not being applied? I have some banking rules that have been working for at least 12 months to automatically allocate bank fees, interest and RWT etc. Today they have not applied and the transactions are showing as "Allocate me" in the bank transactions last month the same transactions allocated automatically fine. Called MYOB support and got told to there was an issue with einvoicing and they would get back to me. I Have heard nothing. Checking the status page can find nothing to say there is an issue with einovicing. Have a case number and a link but cannot work out how to check it as when I use my MYOB login it asks for the login fails. How can this issue drag on for so long? More than a bit frustrating. I do not have any rules moving email to folders etc. I have checked my junk mail folder and there is nothing there so it would seem that status notifications are also broken. May need to get support to look at that once the major issue is fixed
