Can't edit a Product of Service
Hi, In MYOB Business, when I go to Products & services, then click on an item to edit the pricing or even click the "Inactive item" checkbox, then try to save it throws the error "'Items per selling unit' cannot be edited when an item has been used in a transaction." which is true, but why should this stop me editing the pricing of an service item going forwads? Even if I try to make it inactive (so my staff don't accidentally use that service item again), it won't allow me to even make it inactive. Hi, I have enabled the sending of automatic invoice reminders. I am using the standard 3 days before due date, 1 day after due date, and 14 days after due date templates but have edited them a bit to suit our needs. I see MYOB gives the option to 'Add reminder'. So is there a way to manually trigger MYOB to send this custom reminder for a specific invoice, to a specific customer?Solved886Views0likes1Comment
