I know this is not the correct page, but I won't to know who gave MYOB the right to chase or charge our clients money for late payments. I am the debt collector for the business I manage, and if I have a problem with a client, it gets sort by me, or by the director of the business. MYOB is an accounting program, nothing more to us. Yes I have the same problem. NOT registered for Single Touch Payroll and it's also taking up all employees and sending to the ATO blank information. I have hundreds of VOID pay slips in my banking now which I can not delete, which I did not send to the ATO, I did one payslip for each employee yesterday, and they were sent separately. Also when when I go to process a Pay, 1st screen comes up with Bonus/Commission instead of Weekly which it used to do. Also sent a client an invoice which had to be updated, It had a September date on it and terms 7 days, and MYOB want to charge him 37.00 to open the file and pay it. Very unacceptable. I am not happy, more hours spent trying to sort it out, what are we paying a monthly subscription for.122Views0likes0Comments
