I'm also having trouble emailing invoices to the in tray. I've double checked the MYOB email address. I have the emails sitting in my sent items but they're not making it to the In Tray. I'm having to save them to the desktop then add from the In Tray. Emails were working fine last week so I'm not sure what's going on.77Views0likes1CommentAllowances - overtime meals
Hi, We've just added a new payroll category, Allowances - Overtime Meals. Under Super Guarantee I have selected it as exempt. For some reason unbeknownst to me, when I process a pay run, super is calculated on the allowance. Thanks Mike, I started going through each item and figures were very different for a lot of accounts. I decided to switch accounting methods then switched back again on the web browser report and the figures changed to match desktop figures. Maybe it just needed a technical kick up the rear!! Hi, Why can I bring up a report in AccountRight on my desktop and the figures are different to the exact same report that I access in the web browser? For example Net Profit on desktop $178560 and Net Profit on web browser is $245732. Both reports are set to include all transactions including year-end adjustments. GST owed for the period is $61761 so it's not the gst component causing the issue. What am I not understanding? Hi, Just sending of a couple of statements for April to customers and payments are not showing up. One customer had made 4 payemnts for the month and none of them are showing even though they were recorded in April. I've tried both invoice and activity format and both are missing payments.
