If the lines had a "snap to gird" type of feature it would be way better. "Customise Forms" glitchy and frustrating to use Customising forms on the desktop version is an exercise in patience. The first main problem I'm having: getting the vertical lines to be 90 degrees (not at a slight angle) - it would be so much better if the line "clicked" to say 5 or 10 degree increments or even have it locked as a vertical line (who actually wants a diagonal line on their invoice?) The second problem is lines disappearing when I save the form. I have just finished editing a form, I go to email it and the pdf has two of the vertical lines missing... I'd love to use the new forms on the web browser version but the web browser does not show our data properly and doesn't allow multiple currencies. Re: Announcing Changes to our Ideas Exchange Hi The ability re-resize columns for Bills, purchase orders, invoices etc in the online web app would be great. Re: "MYOB Tax Dashboard is requesting permission to access your MYOB Account" Auskey.read Yes we have allowed 3rd party access to... MYOB Tax Dashboard I believe? which I thought we have been using for some time already. I understand your hesitancy. Again, clearer communication about this issue would be very much appreciated. Re: "MYOB Tax Dashboard is requesting permission to access your MYOB Account" Auskey.read We have had the same notice/permission request pop up. We clicked yes/allow and are able to lodge our BAS now but are left wondering what the implications are? Is MYOB Tax Dashboard the third party? and not actually a part of MYOB? I don't think there is necessarily a problem here but the wording on the notice has clearly confused a lot of users so some clarity or extra explanation would be very welcome. Re: Job Reports Looking for them in Find Transactions didn't work forme. Running the report month by month, then going to the sales register to find the $0 transactions has worked for me. Thank you! Re: Job Reports I'm having the same problem with the same report. I've put in a support request and they've told me the following: "Thank you for your patience and I am sorry for the delay. To resolve this, using Find transactions, locate transactions with a transaction line with both a void ($0) amount and a job number. Remove these void lines and re-save the transaction. When all void transaction lines have been removed the report will run without issue." It hasn't worked for me, still waiting for a reply if there's anything else I can try. Re: Stock Alert Shows Non Inventoried Items Thanks for confirming this Sean. It would be very useful if there was some kind of extra option for the list (something like a tick box for whether the item shows in the stock alert or not). On a slightly different note, its great to see how fast "Reorder low stock items" opens in the web app - "stock alert" in the accountright software is very laggy for us. Stock Alert Shows Non Inventoried Items Our stock alert tab shows some items that are non-inventoried. I don't think this should be happenning. I've read other support notes for the stock alert tab and understand to make "minimum stock level" and "defualt reorder quantity" show no value, not even 0. I have also ensured that "I inventory this item" is not ticked. We do have some of these non-inventoried items in sales orders which seems to be making them show as committed and therefore in the stock alert tab. Is there a way to get these items out of the stock alert tab? They're clogging it up quite a lot. Solved
