Issues with MYOB Team app
1st issue, Staff forgetting to request sick leave. - As an administrator or approving manager I should be able to insert sick leave into an employees time sheet, currently this is unavailable. 2nd issue, Staff not clicking when starting or finishing a lunch break. - Should have the ability to choose to automatically deduct break times.25Views0likes2CommentsA picking list which picks up auto build items
I have to maintain a 3rd party integration with my MYOB subscription just so I can print picking list/delivery dockets for my warehouse staff to actually pack orders from. This is very frustrating because it was a simple task for the 3rd party to offer but MYOB does not offer it. We sell a mixture of individual components items and also auto build items, but the items which make up an auto build item (bill of materials) do not show in any of the MYOB forms. What makes it so frustrating is that this data is generated on an invoice by invoice bases because the inventory adjustments are made this way, but there are no current forms to show it (invoice by invoice). I find it hard to believe that this isn't a problem for other users. And connected to this issue is the fact that the existing item sales reports also do not pick up on the bill of material items that are invoiced which makes it impossible to get a true report on individual items sold, yet 3rd party programs can do this from the MYOB API. I have just started to experiment with the browser version of my MYOB account right. I would like the ability to change the column widths. I have very long and detailed product description’s and the fixed column widths make invoices messy. For the purpose of the exercise, lets say my business buys and sells apples, oranges and grapes. Each item is set up individually in MYOB as an item we buy, sell and inventory When we invoice these items out individually there is no problems with running reports on the items to work out how many of each we sold over a day month or year. However we also sell fruit boxes which have a set number of each item and fruit boxes have its their code. (lets say 2 apples 2 oranges and 1 grape per fruit box) Customers often order multiple fruit boxes at a time. This fruit box code uses the auto build feature to take the 2 apples 2 oranges and 1 grape from the inventory of the individual apple, orange and grape codes. I cant find any report that picks up the sales of the individual apples oranges and grapes sales plus the apple orange and grapes sold as part of the fruit boxes . In summary I can’t report on the total number of apples, oranges and grapes we sell in a month because the reports seem to only count sales where we use the individual item codes .
