I have to maintain a 3rd party integration with my MYOB subscription just so I can print picking list/delivery dockets for my warehouse staff to actually pack orders from. This is very frustrating because it was a simple task for the 3rd party to offer but MYOB does not offer it.
We sell a mixture of individual components items and also auto build items, but the items which make up an auto build item (bill of materials) do not show in any of the MYOB forms.
What makes it so frustrating is that this data is generated on an invoice by invoice bases because the inventory adjustments are made this way, but there are no current forms to show it (invoice by invoice).
I find it hard to believe that this isn't a problem for other users.
And connected to this issue is the fact that the existing item sales reports also do not pick up on the bill of material items that are invoiced which makes it impossible to get a true report on individual items sold, yet 3rd party programs can do this from the MYOB API.
I would love some feedback.
