As the MYOB data file is used on the desktop version of Account Right, I believe that it is still "online" and also a database where its not only one file that needs the owner changed. I've tried using MOCA and it doesn't work either. Phone support is horrendous, on hold for 30 mins to be cut off. What she can't see is the data file when she opens up MYOB Account Right on the desktop version. Thanks Can't see data file on desktop - AccountRight 2024.6 I have tried support numerous times and have escalated this problem but still no response. If someone could help I'd appreciate it. My client has a MYOB data file already on her desktop version. I sent an invite to her for another MYOB. She accepted the invite but couldn't get any further as she couldn't see the data file on the desktop menu. She is logged in correctly with the email address and password and has clicked online but only the old file comes up. I know there is a way of getting it to come up as I had this happen once and the support person knew how to fix and it took a couple of minutes. Thanks Pam CUSTOMISED INVOICE FORMS From what I can gather you still can't copy a customised invoice form to another type of invoice - is this correct? If this is the case, MYOB do you know how long it takes to customise an invoice form that is detailed? Isn't it about time who allowed the user to copy the basic design and then use it on all types of invoices? Also the ability to use any field to customise the invoice and then to be able to bring that into the invoicing system, so you can have an item invoice with the date the item was carried out.
