I don't want to use online invoicing and I don't understand why they need all this information just to allow us to email invoices directly from MYOB. Very frustrating Re: Unable to record and process pay. I have also been having this issue with my payroll. I reported it on this forum several weeks ago and the only useful advice I received was to process my payroll in batches. This is how I have been doing my payroll for several weeks but it now takes twice as long to do when I should be able to do it all in one go. Please can MYOB look seriously into this issue as it is incredibly frustrating that an issue I reported weeks ago has still not been rectified.
