I find the actions of your software developers a little bizarre. It's like they don't fully understand the needs of business in the real world. Example, I can't use your browser version of Myob because you can't enter payment type on an invoice which is needed for reconciling. The desktop version has payment types. I and others requested this about 2 years ago, but nothing has changed there. Re: Changing 2FA option Thanks Earl, I tried Moca but only got basic generic answers so not helpful at all. The email option is missing because it wasn't initially set up, but now I want to use the email option as sometimes SMS and Authenticator isn't available. Surely, we aren't permanently locked out of choosing the email option? I already have SMS and Authenticator options, but these are useless if you have a problem with your phone. I now wish to have the email option which isn't shown. How do I get the email option back. Thanks Re: Reinstate email as an option for 2FA Same, I can't find how to reinstate it anywhere. Apparently, you have to include it in the initial set up but after that you can't choose that option which is bizarre. If you have a phone issue, then you can't log in.
