ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: summary of payments not alligning with payroll Activity report I dont know whether why I did is correct or not as I have no received any reply but after 3 days of trying to get the gross payments of the terminated employee on her payment summary I ended up doing a payrun for the individual dated the 30th June 2022 for the gross payment only, lodged it with ATO, they approved it and then it showed up on her payment summary and the year to date verification report. I then did a payrun for that individual for the negative amount so that my MYOB Payroll activity would be correct - I just did not declare that negative payrun to the ATO - I figured MYOB would come up with a solution. Re: summary of payments not alligning with payroll Activity report I have just done a pay run for the one terminated employee for her base salaray gross wages to see if that then appears on the ATO year to date verification report - the employee is chasing her payment summary. After sending to the To it has been accepted and now the year to date verification report includes the base gross salary of the employee and the employee payment summary shows the correct amounts. I know my myob will be out but that is something the accountant could work out. Re: FOREIGN RESIDENT I do have taxfree threshhold here - employees would certainly let me know if they were being taxed as a foreign resident. If you click on the payg here in the tax table it is after this that foreign resident is showing - what should it be? FOREIGN RESIDENT I have just noticed that in all employees cards "foreign resident" appears in the payg withholding section, nobody is employed here as a foreign resident - there are a few other options tochoose from - can you please advise which is the correct option - 3 staff all have permanent working visas and 3 other staff are born and raised in Australia annual leave accrual An employee has been with us for 3 years - his annual leave has not been accruing - luckily he takes his annual leave in one big block however he still has leave owing it just has not been showing on his payslip correctly - I thought I had fixed it by putting in the correct amount owing to him however it is staying the same each week. This has not happened to any other staff member and I have checked his set up against other employees but cannot find the error. Please advise Solved
