Writing off Bad Debt Upgraded MYOB - Customer Credit Screen is Blank
Hi Following this procedure fine https://help.myob.com/wiki/display/myob/Writing+off+bad+debts#expand-2Createacustomerreturnforthevalueofthedebt On the Apply Customer Credit screen I have no options to select an amount - I can edit the description, date and reference number fields and hit record. Hi Have followed this help file and completed all the steps through to the end. What i'm confused about is that when i return to the bank feed the relevant payment is still unallocated and there is still no payrol transaction to match the bank feed to https://help.myob.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=73403508#expand-Todownloadthebankfiles It was a couple of months before I realised what had changed in the upgrade. Before then, I was putting the bank feed transactions to wages and salaries which was incorrect. I have reversed those and have about 30 transactions that I need to have properly recorded as wagesFor some employees the pay run does not create a transaction to match to
Hi, For most employees each payrun is automatically matched to a transaction and reconcilled. I have some however where this is not the case and there is no payroll item to match the bank feed too (automatically or manually). The difference between the two groups is the payment details - the employees set to 'electronic' have an issue whereas the employees set to 'cheque' are fine Is there an extra step if set to 'electronic' in the updated MYOB? Atleast one of the employees with 'electronic' has been with us prior to the update and their payment details have not been updated since they started thanks412Views0likes1Comment
