Rolling back end of year
I have not yet closed off 2022-23 as items still have to be addressed. I have entered July transactions for 2023-24 FY wish to print reports for these but MYOB will not allow this I assume because 2022-23 hasn’t been closed. Am I able to close 2022-23 FY so I can access current reports then roll back the 2022-23 so I can address the unfinished items in that year? Thanks1.6KViews0likes2CommentsRestoring old files offline
Hi, I am trying to access some very old files (pre 2008) offline which are older versions. I am currently running version 2024.2.0. 1. I select the old file from my library, it askd if I want to upgrade which I do and go through the steps. After it indicates the file has been upgraded and I select Open upgraded file it goes to the sign in page, pauses for a few seconds then MYOB shuts down. 2. If I then try to open one the upgraded files that has gone through the above process, I select okay at the sign in page and again it pauses for a few seconds then MYOB shuts down. Hi Gavin, Thanks for the previous post. Our file is online but I backup & store these locally. I never knew about the online backups. So if want to restore to a local backup from a couple of years ago, then restore back to my current file, which is online, with all the attached tray docs, I would first need to backup the current file on your server?
