Being able to customise what is/isn't visible on the dashboard is a great idea. I'd recommend posting this on the Ideas Exchange for other members of the community to vote and add weight to. This feature is currently in beta and there isn’t an option to disable AI Business Insights at the moment. If you’d prefer not to use it, you can disregard the View Latest Insights banner, and it won’t impact your ability to use the product. All your reports and data will continue to function as normal. We are aware of customers reporting an issue with duplicate bank feed transactions. We will be working on a fix for this from our end, you wont need to take any actions yourself. You should be able to view your reports from the Reporting tab, do you run into an issue opening them from that window? Please get in touch with our support teams for assistance, we can take a deeper look and help determine the cause and appropriate fix.
