Re: Can't run my payrol Thanks for your reply - can you please advise the likelihood of the payroll being available this afternoon before 5 pm NZtime? If it isn't I will need to pay my 25 staff a basic pay each and try and reconcile it tomorrow? Re: Error- Payrun FYI.. This is also in a different chat & has been responded to by admin just now: Can't run my payrol | MYOB Community Re: Can't run my payrol Same issue here - our employees (like everyone else's) NEED to be paid today! Have been trying for 3 hours now but obviously it's a massive problem... or is it a stat day in Oz???!!! (Hope not!) ... VERY frustrating! Re: Error- Payrun I agree with you - MYOB is really unreliable and not fit for purpose I feel... bring back the old ACEPayroll! Re: Error- Payrun I am also unable to do a pay-run! Can't find how to contact MYOB at all either! REALLY FFFRUSTRATING!! Change employment status Hi there, I need to change an employee from permanent to casual status - any suggestions on how this can be done? This seems to be 'unchangeable'! Re: Leave liability Reports I have just noticed the same thing - when I go back on the ex-employees still showing a leave liability their individual leave profiles do say leave balance is zero...??? (There are some showing on the leave liability report incorrectly and others that are correct). Re: NZ payroll tax updates too early Hi - I checked with my accountant - yes it is from 31 July but as our next pay week starts on the 31st technically the previous pay week (ending 30th) should be at the old rates. As you say, the difference is minimal but I would rather my staff get a tax refund at the end of the year rather than have to pay. Done now anyway! :) Re: NZ payroll tax updates too early Our payrun is the same period as you - just noticed the same thing! I have decided to discard the payrun and start all over again stating the pay date is 30 July - otherwise all the employees will be overpaid & potentially have tax to pay at the end of the financial year... Somehow I knew there would be some sort of muck-up with MYOB payroll - NOT GOOD!
