I'm having the same issue. Only way to rectify is to log out and re log in, or uninstall and reinstall the app. Did this on Monday and same issue on Tuesday. Incredibly frustrating. Just off a 30 minute phone call with support to tell me no one else is having this issue and suggested I comment here to see what others say - so sort of glad I'm not alone, but no closer to finding out what's causing this (using a Samsung phone in case that's relevant).32Views0likes0CommentsRe: Overdue invoices
Thanks for your response - but a friend helped me sort it. My issue was that I had clicked our payment terms as COD in the sales settings, but MYOB didn't realise that the invoice date was also the delivery date and so only marked the invoice as OPEN. When I changed the payment terms to "0 days after invoice date" it now shows any overdue invoices as OVERDUE rather than just OPEN. I have now changed this for any new customers, but will need to edit on all our existing customers.283Views0likes1CommentOverdue invoices
Trying to change to using the cloud version of accountright rather than the desktop version. Has a box on the dashboard for overdue invoices but nothing is showing. Have just spent ages with online help to be told that there is no ability to show overdue invoices in accountright. Currently using the desktop version of Account Right to build items from other inventory items in stock (creating chaff from hay) as this is not possible in the cloud version (happy to stand corrected if this has changed). Have been told by our accountant that we will have to change from Account Right to MYOB Business (all cloud based) as some point in the near future. Wondering if this build items option will be available in the new business version (cloud based)? I can see that there will be a create item - but I believe this is just adding a new item, not building something which I need to do each week.Solved
