The MYOB invoices not going to intray and the huge price increase. Time to bite the bullet and move to Xero which I have used before and is far superior to MYOB (except for payroll). How do I keep all my invoices for tax purposes for the next 5+ years? How do I download all my attachments so I can keep my tax records in order in the event of an audit? Not that efficient when you have to send each invoice and then check that it has been received into MYOB. We have regulasr supplier invoices that just dont go into the software anymore and I am sending them manually. But others work. MYOB is really testing my patience. We get our invoices from Bunnings in the in-tray and its an opt-in in system. How on earth hasn't someone at MYOB thought that maybe MYOB customers may want their invoices in the in-tray. It's literally what your system's whole purpose is - to record expenses and attach the invoice. I cant think of an example where one of your customers wouldn't want it to happen. You need to make some faster decisions in your dev team - this is downright embarrassing stuff for MYOB. You are literally in the business of getting invoices emailed to upload and auto code and you aren't even going to do this for your customers. I am literally hanging on as a customer and these types of changes dressed up as better for customers is infuriating!
