Backing up company file
Hi guys, I use Myob Business internet based on a Mac. I need to back up my company files on a hard drive. I'm aware it is stored in the cloud but I need a copy on a hard drive. The advice I've seen so far suggests to select the company file then choose File/Backup. There is no 'File' on the menu along the top of the screen in MYOB. Hello, I use MYOB via a MAC and I use it online. I log into MYOB Business. I am aware that the files are automatically saved on the MYOB cloud, however I need to save the files myself on to the hard drive of my MAC. The instructions that I have found online and also have had sent to me via support, are not useful as there is no "File/backup" option on the main screen of MYOB.
