Backing up online files

Hello,

I use MYOB via a MAC and I use it online.  I log into MYOB Business.  I am aware that the files are automatically saved on the MYOB cloud, however I need to save the files myself on to the hard drive of my MAC.  The instructions that I have found online and also have had sent to me via support, are not useful as there is no "File/backup" option on the main screen of MYOB.  Can someone please advise how I can download a company file?
