When converting a quote to an invoice, the address field box disappears from her screen. The address field will show when saved as a PDF but the user is unable to view the address field on her screen. Is this a user access issue? Bank accounts are OK but no transactions feeding in for credit card. ETP not showing in STP I am still having issues with recording ETPs after following the instructions as per 'Incorrect ETP values - EOFY finalisation 2022' I have reversed the transaction and re-entered with different payment date but the amounts are still not showing in either the YTD Verification report or the Summary of Payment report. The MYOB Payroll Summary report is correct. When I re-enter the transaction and lodge the STP report, there is a nil value on the report. Please advise if you need further information to resolve this issue. Regards Cathryn ETP not showing in STP I am having issues with ETP payments not showing up in my STP reports. I have tried reversing the pay and re-entering and it will not come through with a value. I have tried entering a nil pay run as at 30/6 with no luck I have tried changing the payroll category for the ETP Taxable Component from hourly to salary with no luck I have 4 ETPs processed for the year in total - two are OK, two are not - and cannot work out why Can you please advise how to get the ETP payment to show correctly.
