All we get is pointless responses by their moderators with no real fix. I have completely turned off online payments to avoid the ridiculous costs of using BPay as pointed out by so many customers who have been stung in the past. It is a terrible shame, as online payments would be a great feature to have when invoicing clients if they gave us the option to simply turn off BPay or pass on the surcharge. Many customers have switched to Xero for greater flexibility in how they manage their business. Re: Online Payments: BPay Surcharge Daveo_perthunfortunately still haven't heard of a fix from MYOB as yet...having heard about all the exorbitant fees associated with using BPay from other MYOB users, I've switched off online payments entirely until they give us the option to turn off BPay as a payment option. Re: Online Payments: BPay Surcharge HBDLAgree with you and the other community members completely, this is a no brainer and we need more people to jump onto the band wagon so that our voices are heard and this is implemented by MYOB asap. The current functionality of online payments is not helpful to a small business who has to wear all these surcharges. I have turned off all online payments because this is the onedealbreaker I have with the feature.
