Please add Remittance Advice template customisation (e.g. adding our logo to remittances and adding our business contact details) in MYOB Business Lite/Pro.
This seems like a basic feature and there are already options to customise the invoice/quote/statement templates. Why are we not able to also customise our remittance advice template in a similar manner?

Agreed. The current remittance advice looks like dog leftovers and comes across as unprofessional to our suppliers.
Also doesn't look good for MYOB, as the remittance advice format is very old. Like, 90's old. If people recieve these who are not on the MYOB platform, then it doesn't make MYOB look like an appealing product to sign up for.

I’d love to see this gain some traction as I imagine many businesses would benefit from being able to brand and personalise their remittance advice, just like we can with invoices and quotes. Looking forward to seeing if other MYOB users feel the same!
Yes - I feel like this should be a basic feature.
You nailed it on the head, it definitely feels super outdated and like an afterthought. Thanks for sharing your perspective of the customer receiving it too. It just makes obvious sense to have this brought up to match the rest of the MYOB product experience.
