You can sign on once the backup is complete" We have not been able to access one of our MYOB files due to the above error message. Please help, MYOB file is required urgently for payroll processing. I believe the relevant serial number is ********4550 Thanks! Chris SolvedRe: Can't send invoices since the last upgrade 2022.6.0 :-( I just spent a couple of hours waiting to click 'Allow' on each remittance and payslip I sent today. There wasn't that many and the volume is going to increase significantly over these next few weeks. I cannot fathom that MYOB and Outlook cannot communicate with each other efficiently and without errors. I truly hope we can resolve this issue. Can I go back to a prior version of MYOB before the update? Re: Can't send invoices since the last upgrade 2022.6.0 Hi Yanike Thank you for getting back to me. I can confirm the serial number and data files are both correct. I have attached a screen shot of the error message below. It happens when I am trying to send remittances and payslips. I am sending them from within MYOB AccountRight but they send via Outlook if that makes sense? I have checked the Trust Centre settings in Outlook but that doesn't seem to provide any clarity. I have also attached a screenshot of my Email < Preferences screen, noting that 'Send Emails Using AccountRight' is not currently ticked. Thank you for your help! Chris Re: Can't send invoices since the last upgrade 2022.6.0 Hi Yanike This has also started happening to me since the update. Have been getting the error message when sending remittances and payslips, never used to happen. Now I have to 'Allow' Outlook to send each item, this is far from ideal. Please can you have a look at the status of my subscription? Thanks Chris
