Can't send invoices since the last upgrade 2022.6.0

Cant send invoices when trying to email them. I have followed the online instructions, still nothing. I'm running Windows 10, Outlook for email and have Accountright being used to send invoices, stat...

    Hi westside 

     

    Thanks for your post. Could you please confirm the serial number (Setup>>Company Information) you are using via private message and I can check what is the status of your subscription.

Thank you for getting back to me.

 

I can confirm the serial number and data files are both correct.

 

I have attached a screen shot of the error message below.

It happens when I am trying to send remittances and payslips.

I am sending them from within MYOB AccountRight but they send via Outlook if that makes sense?

 

I have checked the Trust Centre settings in Outlook but that doesn't seem to provide any clarity.

 

I have also attached a screenshot of my Email < Preferences screen, noting that 'Send Emails Using AccountRight' is not currently ticked.

I just spent a couple of hours waiting to click 'Allow' on each remittance and payslip I sent today.

There wasn't that many and the volume is going to increase significantly over these next few weeks.

 

I cannot fathom that MYOB and Outlook cannot communicate with each other efficiently and without errors.

 

I truly hope we can resolve this issue.

Can I go back to a prior version of MYOB before the update?
