Thank you Earl. Unfortunately when I hit private message it just takes me to a page that says Private Messages but no where I can send a message. I cannot active on line. Would appreciate your assistance

File Activation
I am trying to activate an old MYOB file (2016.3.19.1272) by phone and need a licence file. I have tried ringing MYOB but cannot get through. I have tried going on line to get confirmation code but cannot get a company file code. How can I activate my company file?
