Pay Superannuation multiple reversals
Hello I have had two staff members superannuation payments over multiple months come back into our account multiple times. I have reversed the original then repaid then bounced back again and then reversed and repaid but somehow I have managed to reverse the original payment multiple times. I have then tried to fix by using pay liabilities and now my superannuation and bank are crazy out of balance. I don't know how the pay liabilities works but when I thought they were entered incorrectly I then deleted the pay liabilities payment but now I have lost all the superannuation payments. HELP!!! We have bank feeds working for all our accounts over the weekend, except one. I can see that you did an update yesterday that may effect the bank feeds so am assuming this is why this is happening. I have tried to 'Get bank transactions' numerous times today but nothing comes in but there are transactions from the weekend that I can see in our CBA account. Hi, We have a pay that was reversed in MYOB and repaid but the original pay was sent to STP2 and the new pay was sent to STP2 but the reversal wasn't sent to STP2. This was done by another employee so I don't know how she managed not to send the reversal. Now our PAYG is out with the ATO for this month when doing our BAS. Can you please advise how I fix this so I can send the reversal to STP2? Thanks50Views0likes1Comment
