I tried to do one of my activity statements today and the STP pre-fill payroll info was missing. When I went to MYOB it looked like my entire STP setup has been deleted and was prompting me to set it up again. I authorised the payment but the funds have not been direct debited. This is the first time paying from a new bank account and the account seem to be hidden as I can't find them anywhere (yes I have followed all of the help instructions....) How can I verify what account you are trying to debit my super from for real? So I am using MYOB Essentials Accounting + Payroll. When I log in all I see is a Dashboard that says Good morning. I don't have a top menu or a command centre. All I have is a side menu with Sales, purchases etc and a button on the top right of the screen labeled "Settings". I have this problem also. I have 2 companies. In the first company the salary payment bank transactions automatically match to the payroll items but in the second company it will not do this. Seems like an error in MYOB and manually matching as suggested here is a cop-out. I should not have to do this.23Views0likes5Comments
