Does MYOB allow us to CUSTOMIZE Inventory Report at Analyse Inventory [Summary] with the columns and formula" as below OR NOT? - On Hand (1) - Committed (2) - Available (3); --- [with the formula: (3) = (1) - (2)] - On Order (4) - Available After Order (5); --- [with the formula: (5) = (3) + (4) *Please see the attachment. The Analyse Inventory [Summary] report shows the following columns: - On Hand - Committed - On Order - Available (Available = On Hand - Committed + On Order) Can we CUSTOMIZE a report with the columns and FORMULAS as follows? - On Hand (1) - Committed (2) - Available (3); --- [with the formula: (3) = (1) - (2)] - On Order (4) - Available After Order (5); --- [with the formula: (5) = (3) + (4)] Please see the attachments for more clearly. To be more specific, my case is as follows: - The on-hand quantity of Item 1 is 10, I create a Sale Order of Item 1 with a quantity 15, it is OK. - Once change the sale order into INVOICE & "Record", a table with 3 options "Build", "Buy" and "Backorder" (ticked already as a default) appears, it does not allow to choose "Build" or "Buy" option. * I want to create an invoice with the quantity 15 (although the on-hand quantity is 10, insufficient). ** I wonder if the inventory quantitiy of Item 1 will be showed as a negative number "-5" or not? 1. How can I choose "Build" or "Buy" option? 2. How can I issue an invoice with an oversale quantity (Not split invoice)? Hi All, When I create an invoice with insufficient on-hand item quantity, MYOB does not allow me to choose "BUILD" or "BUY" option, (it chooses the option "BACKORDER" as default). Please advise me how to choose the option "Build" or "Buy". Thank you very much. KennySolved580Views0likes6Comments
