I have 3 businesses but only 1 is now actively subscribed to MYOB Business Pro with payroll, the other 2 used to use MYOB Accountedge Network Edition, but have since transferred to using MYOB Accumatica. I am aware of the Change of details from, but i'm unsure how to complete exactly it as i haven't sold the business i just want the company billing name & ABN changed to the only business that is now using & paying for the MYOB software. I still need access to my old Accountedge data so i don't want to loose any of that ability in this name change process either. Can you please advise which sections i need to complete on the change of details form to enact this request without loosing any access? Re: Cannot change login (Login name already exists I116_30000) Hi @ Earl_HD, I am the administrator of my.myob.com.au login. When I try to change the login email I get an error that says: "Sorry your details cannot be updated at the moment, please try again." I have also tried changing the primary contact and I get basically the same error message. So effectively I'm stuck. How do I move forward to change my login email? Re: Cannot change login (Login name already exists I116_30000) Hi , I am also unable to change my main login email address. Can someone at MYOB please assist me to do so? Re: Tax tables 24/25 not updating Hi Princess, The problem has now been resolved finally. After much heartache it was discovered that we had duplicate tax tables installed into our data file. MYOB claimed they had never seen this happen before. The MYOB data team then had to replace the duplicate tax tables with brand new ones and now all is good! Re: Tax tables 24/25 not updating Hi Jem, I'm unsure as to how to send you a private message. The email you sent with the subject "New Private Message on MYOB Community!" has a no reply email address. If i click on the link in that email that says "Reply to this message" it takes me to my inbox for the MYOB Community. The only options then available to me are Delete or Report Conversion. Can you help me to reply privately to you? Re: Tax table not updating 1/7/2024 Hi Princess, After contacting MYOB support they did something at the back end to fix the Tax Table Revision date in my payroll settings so it displays 1/7/24 (it was previously showing 13/10/2020). As i stated previously, i have finalised the previous payroll FY end June 2024. I have also now done 2 pay runs dated on or after 1/7/24 and the system is still taxing at the exact same rate as it was in June '24. So for me the new Tax Tables have not kicked in. I suspect MYOB still need to do something else at the back end to my data file to fix this problem for me. I have had a ticket going since 4/7/24 and all it says "in progress". So i am none the wiser as to when they will solve this for me. Its very frustrating to say the least. Re: Tax table not updating 1/7/2024 Are you able to unmark this chat as "solved" so someone in the community or from MYOB can help us? Re: Tax tables 24/25 not updating My tax tables have changed to 1/7/24 but the tax is still being calculated as though it was 22/23. I have checked against the 2024 ATO online calculator and the tax it’s taking out is too much for all employees. I have finalized last year as well as done a pay run in the 2024 year but as yet the tax is still being calculated as though it was last FY. I have an MYOB support ticket and have told them it’s still not calculating the correct tax but no one at MYOB appears to believe me as they don’t reply to my emails. Not sure how I can fix this. Re: Tax table not updating 1/7/2024 I have the exact same problem. Initially my tax tables displayed as 13/10/2020. I have spoken at length with support to have it fixed but it is only partially fixed. My Tax Tables now display as 1/7/24 but the tax calculation is still incorrect. If I do a pay run with a gross figure of $743, I get a net pay of $663. When I check these figures with the ATO calculator online the net figure is $675. I have tried contacting support but no one comes back to me. Not sure how to fix this if I can’t get a reply from back MYOB support.
