We are retired and I want to change my subscription level to something more appropriate ie pay less each month acknowledging I will have access to less features - mainly features I no longer need. I wrote to support (which was acknowledged with a job#) last Monday and sent a reminder a few days later but have heard zippedy doo da. Can someone from MYOB please assist? My original approach was to create a support case for which I have received a case number. Just no actual response apart from the automatic email with the case number. Very disappointing. The MOCA is useless in my circumstances. I tried it too and it could not assist. I have a perpetual license which is well and good but but not worth $200/month any more. Service from MYOB has degraded as it obtains more subscribers and pricing is too high.
