MYOB support ran a script on the file to reset the Administrator password on the file. After they ran it I could then connect Deputy using my existing online MYOB account to the file, leaving the password blank. Re: MYOB username and password reset I am having the same issue. All of a sudden Deputy has lost the MYOB connection, and I cannot reconnect. It is VERY annoying. I don't know how to fix it. I am out of time, and angry with both Deputy and MYOB. (We are setup for it, and it works every pay cycle) Some of the sheets are in Mybo, but most did not come through. Deupty threw the error; "ERROR MYOB Internal Error, Please check if MYOB service is offline now" And now it's throwning it when we try again. Not sure if trying again will make errors in the data for the sheets that ahve come through already. Re: AccountRight 2015.2 now available So there is no way you can update a computer that accesses the file online. Question is why was the update taken down? What is wrong with it? Now I am scared that I upgraded my file!
