Deputy did an update around 24th December and since then they have said that you have to export using MYOB Business CPE. This is way more time consuming as you have to go through the timesheets manually and save them all. If you have a new payroll category then you have to add the timesheet in manually. I'm getting the run around from Deputy saying they dont know when its going to be fixed. How many others are having this issue?
I am having the same issue.
All of a sudden Deputy has lost the MYOB connection, and I cannot reconnect.
It is VERY annoying. I don't know how to fix it.
I am out of time, and angry with both Deputy and MYOB. Why do none of the Deputy options reflect MYOB product names??

Totally get where you're coming from, especially when you're flat out and things just decide to break at the worst time. At the moment, we don't have an solid info on why the Deputy connection has dropped or why their options don't line up nicely with MYOB product names. The quickest way to get some proper eyes on it and hopefully get you back on track is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. The team there can dig into your file and check what's going on behind the scenes.

my connection has been restored so hoping payroll goes smoothly this week

i've had MYOB to reset the administrator password and the connection to Deputy seems to be working. hoping payroll goes through on Thursday.
