Forgot Password

Hi Community,

 

I’ve created several users in MYOB, but I’ve forgotten my Administrator password. I’m now trying to create another user, but I can’t proceed without the Administrator login. Could someone please assist or advise me on how to recover or reset the Administrator password?

    Hi Hesz,

     

    Password slip-ups happen, and they’re never easy. The reset is something only our team can do, so you’ll need to reach out via our virtual assistant MOCA, to connect with our live chat team or give us a call and we’ll sort it out for you.
