Same here juliemcmahon I work on multiple files and as the week has gone on I have gone from 1 not working to 3. The lack of acceptance of the issue and the speed at resolving this for all is so frustrating. The total lack of communication is ridiculous. My boss was just happy it isn't affecting our online files. I also was in a chat about adding another offline file to our client ID and they charged us for an online subscription...its just laughable at this point. Re: Manual deposit entries not recording. After my 2hr chat to get this sorted on Thursday I thought things were resolved. Sat down today to enter transactions and nope nothing recording again. I don't think I have it in me again to call them. They have no issue quickly issuing an invoice for adding a file to our client ID which is offline so not sure why they charged for an online subscription - that's Tuesdays problem to solve. Usually there is a MYOB expert in the thread somewhere offering help. Has this one stumped them also? They ran a script but it did not work. Case has been escalated to Data File Repair team. If you haven't done so already get on chat to get sorted.
