i'm at my wits end...MYOB is incompetent. i don't believe they can fix the issues since 16 January 2026 after the update of December 2025
Same here juliemcmahon​ I work on multiple files and as the week has gone on I have gone from 1 not working to 3. The lack of acceptance of the issue and the speed at resolving this for all is so frustrating. The total lack of communication is ridiculous. My boss was just happy it isn't affecting our online files. I also was in a chat about adding another offline file to our client ID and they charged us for an online subscription...its just laughable at this point.
